Warranty is 1 year Return to Base on components, and 2 years Return to Base for parts and
labour on FULLY ASSEMBLED systems. Returned systems must comply with the
original invoice. computers+more will only cover computer system components:
products such as printers, modems, scanners, monitors, notebooks on other
peripherals will be covered by the Brand Name Company or its service agents. |

computers+more warranty excludes consumables, (mouse pads,
mice, floppy disks), and second hand products. |
| 3. |
Warranty is void if goods are damaged in any way, warranty
labels have been tampered with, or damage occurs as a result of misuse. |

Warranty is void if components are not fitted by computers+more. |
| 5. |
Goods returned for warranty must be accompanied by the
original invoice, all manuals, driver disks and original packaging, along
with an explanation for the reason for return. |

Warranty items will only be released after faulty goods
are received and tested. |
| 7. |
computers+more or its agents shall repair or replace goods
which are returned under warranty. Warranty does not necessarily mean replacement
parts. If part or parts are no longer available, it is at the discretion
of computers+more to upgrade the part or parts to the nearest equivalent.
Upgrade charges will be incurred, based on the current market price. |

All warranty items will be returned to and picked up from
computers+more by the customer, at their own cost. |
| 9. |
computers+more reserve the right to charge for labour
if there is no fault found or if the fault did not occur as a
result of hardware failure of warranty items. |
| 10. |
Warranty will not cover software configuration problems
caused by later, customer installed, components, other software or virus
infections. |
