Terms and Conditions
computers+more undertakes to compete and despatch your order within 3 working days, subject to availablilty of products. Should there be any delay in supply computers+more will contact you with an anticipated delivery date or the option to cancel your order should you elect. computers+more cannot be held responsibile for delays incurred by shipping carriers.
Freight charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process or in the case of directly negotiated sales with computers+more personnel according to agreement. Freight is calculated based on the weight, destination, carrier and address type of your order. If you have not already registered your details with us simply enter the post code for delivery on the Shopping basket page and click on the recalculate button to display your freight charges based upon an automatic weight based calculation. Deliveries should arrived between 3-10 days depending upon your location in Australia.

Freight / Shipping
computers+more purchases may be shipped by Australia Air Express, StarTrack Express, and Australia Post to deliver goods virtually anywhere in Australia.
Important note: All deliveries sent with registered couries MUST be signed for. Couriers are required to obtain a signature at time of delivery - they are not permitted to leave goods without a signature and will return the goods back to our warehouse in the event that nobody is available to sign for the goods.
[If the goods are for home use you might want to have the goods sent care of your work address as we cannot predict the exact time that the couriers will deliver to your home - deliveries can occur anywhere between 9:00am-5:00pm weekdays, depending on your postcode].

Warranty
All our products are supplied with the manufacturer's full warranty.
If the product you purchase is found to be faulty on delivery [DOA] we offer a 100% money back guarantee or product replacement. computers+more will not refund purchases if you change your mind. computers+more will not warranty goods that are damaged by you or your agents, or goods that are in any way damaged or caused to be damaged by environmental factors after you have taken delivery. computers+more will not be responsible for return freight costs. Customers with a warranty claim on computers+more must apply for a Return Authority from computers+more. Manufacturer's warranties will be covered by the product manufacturers and in most cases will not be handled by computers+more directly. computers+more will not accept goods returned without a Return Authority.

Warranty conditions for computers+more's custom assembled systems and components are as follows:

Warranty is 1 year Return to Base on components, and 2 years Return to Base for parts and
labour on FULLY ASSEMBLED systems. Returned systems must comply with the
original invoice. computers+more will only cover computer system components.
Products such as printers, modems, scanners, monitors, notebooks or other
peripherals will be covered by the Brand Name Company or its service agents. |

computers+more warranty excludes consumables, (mouse pads,
mice, floppy disks), and second hand products. |
| 3. |
Warranty is void if goods are damaged in any way, warranty
labels have been tampered with, or damage occurs as a result of misuse. |

Warranty is void if components are not fitted by computers+more. |
| 5. |
Goods returned for warranty must be accompanied by the
original invoice, all manuals, driver disks and original packaging, along
with an explanation for the reason for return. |
| 6. |
Warranty items will only be released after faulty goods
are received and tested. |
| 7. |
computers+more or its agents shall repair or replace goods
which are returned under warranty. Warranty does not necessarily mean replacement
parts. If part or parts are no longer available, it is at the discretion
of computers+more to upgrade the part or parts to the nearest equivalent.
Upgrade charges will be incurred, based on the current market price. |

All warranty items will be returned to and picked up from
computers+more by the customer, at their own cost. |
| 9. |
computers+more reserve the right to charge for labour
if there is no fault found or if the fault did not occur as a
result of hardware failure of warranty items. |

Warranty will not cover software configuration problems. computers+more will not be liable for hardware or software damaged by virus, spyware, spam
infections. |
